My mother is in a wheelchair and she was given care, attention, and love as though she was the mother of the Vatican Tickets guide and security staff! We were humbled by the care we received.

Massimo was an excellent guide;full of interesting information. The Sistine Chapel, Basilica and Museums are, of course, very precious places. All in all an unforgettable experience.
