I used Tiqets to buy the tech interactive in San Jose ticket. The ticket detail is quite confusing. During the time of buying, you will see this ticket include IMAX. However, in the ticket detail after you purchase is say you can buy imax ticket at a counter. But, don't worry because they surely include one imax ticket with a purchase that you can get it at the counter.

When they scanned the Q R code to give us tickets , it gave error and showed invalid tickets. It didn’t work.
