App very easy to use. Excellent selections of activities. The driver and the check in staff at the Civitavecchia port welcoming and efficient despite the large crowd of anxious passengers.

It was a wonderful way to get from the port into Rome city center. Only suggestion would be to have signs more visible for waiting area—we had to ask several people before we found the SIT agent....

Overall good experience, bus is on time and there are people guiding us from cruise port exit to the bus stop location. Bus is on time and seat is comfortable. There is free WiFi on bus and speed...
