Reserved 2 adult and 2 children tickets. Not sure why we had to pay for children tickets as we learned they are free to enter colloseum. When we arrived we were told to go inside to retrieve our children tickets but really we were just sent to the main area where all free children tickets are picked up. We were not given a QR code for our children to access the audio tour which I guess is what we were paying for.
This is a prerecorded tour which is fine but seems like a lot of money for that. The only real benefit is getting last minute tickets through them if you don’t purchase in advance

They tell you to download the app ahead of time which we did. When you get there they give you a ticket and a qr code to scan to get access to the tour within the colosseum. There are 2 options (a small map and a large map) the small map took over 1.5hrs to download and because there are soo many people the signal strngth is not great and wifi is not usable either. Dont expect to get an audio tour that works with this experience. They should provide the code ahead of time so you can download the maps and audio tour ahead of time. We reached out to the tour company multiple times and they never responded and ignored us…

Gostei bastante. A única dificuldade foi conseguir acessar o audioguia no Coliseu, por causa da Internet, que lá não pega bem.
