Excellent service. Very accommodating when we made a mistake. Prompt with refunding unusable product whilst retaining remainder of order. Experienced problems downloading one guide but suspect that was phone related as everything else worked fine.

Did the hop on hop off bus. Very good value, saw most things we wanted to see. The audio guide onboard was fine. Don’t know what other reviewers expected, we had no problems at all.

Very good value for the money! It includes Alhambra ticket and the ticket for the tourist train that goes around the city until the late evening.
