Booked tickets, went to meeting point and no guide showed up. After 30mins on a chat to support and them giving me a French number to call, they said they’d refund me

I had such a lovely time on my tour! Paul was knowledgeable and funny. I would highly recommend taking this tour as it made my experience at the museum very enjoyable.

Paul is a really great guide, who is very dedicated in giving you a nice experience.
He also tries to guide you through the busy museum in a good way. He is also interested in the people he is with.
