Beautiful grounds. We used the free headset inside the palace. This was great to hear details room by room. The day we went was so hot. Staff did everything they could to support.

Was easy for one, but needed a carers ticket, which wasn’t available online.
Fortunately the staff were able to help me, checked my documentation and allowed access for my husband and myself.

Good and easy to use though the description of the go pass is misleading because it does not include the hop on hop off city bus for free. That counts as one credit used. Otherwise very easy to use
