The tickets offered a barcode, but the tourniquet scanned only QRcodes.
This led to us being the only passengers to delay their boarding, instead of skipping the line as promised

I booked excursion on 9:04 and it was available on app but operator needs minimum of 12 hours for confirmation, besides the pickup time is usually 2 hours before the tour time !! So it was 2 hours...
I booked excursion on 9:04 and it was available on app but operator needs minimum of 12 hours for confirmation, besides the pickup time is usually 2 hours before the tour time !! So it was 2 hours before I bought the tickets and The operator never showed up. I waisted my time and precious holiday
