Tiqets booking agency made an otherwise good trip memorably bad. Pick up place necessary across other end of city from our hotel Taxied there and waited 1 hour 15 mins for pick up. Information on...
Tiqets booking agency made an otherwise good trip memorably bad. Pick up place necessary across other end of city from our hotel Taxied there and waited 1 hour 15 mins for pick up. Information on ticket unclear with “pick up time” half hour before departure time (presumably of boat) and therefore assume missed boat. Only after an hour got a txt from pick up company who says that 15 mins away. This no fault of pick up local pick up company but Tigets. They said they will lay a complaint. All other people on boat got picket up from their hotel. We tried to clarify all of this the day before but Tigets provide NO local number to call to sort out problems. All. Is done by a tick box web site. There is no person to talk to. Outside the pick up shambles the boat trip was enjoyable and can recommend it. Try a book locally through hotel not Tigets
