Very satisfied. We were actually able to enter a earlier than our posted time, which was great since our hotel room was not yet ready.

The tickets were easy to use but we didn't enjoy the Kensington Palace itself. So many bare walls and not much content. The best part was King's staircase. Diana's memorial garden was worth...

It was a good experience. But there were far too many people allowed in at one which spoiled it for us. Too many children running around on the day we were there. Maybe best to visit out of school...
