Don't book this guided tour for Elbphilharmonie as it doesn't enter the building at all. Just standing outside, freezing, lot's of noisy traffic while listening to guide ... bad for us as a family...

Elbphilharmonie entrance is gratis, though I think only in strictly limited time. It was useful to use the services of guide who knew the right time to go inside. He was a German native and his stories regarding the building were only for German native speakers, too. It means not useful for me and my partner, though I asked him at the beginning not to speak so much quickly. Ja, he started to speak a bit slower, but only by the first two sentences...
