Missed half of our tour at Dalí’s house because we were 15 minutes late due to traffic problems going from the museum to the house. We were not allowed to join a latter group or see the part that we missed on our own even in 5 minutes or less. Somewhat disappointing experience

It was challenging to schedule for me being first time in Spain and on tight schedule with school. I have always been so fond of the work of Salvador Dali, even as a child, I had prints in books.... 显示更多

It was challenging to schedule for me being first time in Spain and on tight schedule with school. I have always been so fond of the work of Salvador Dali, even as a child, I had prints in books. The flexibility of scheduling was not helpful for American not knowing how to use the system. I scheduled three times and two of those times, I was unable to cancel or reschedule. I could not continue to schedule and spend more and more euros without ability to find the time when I could go. Unfortunately, I was not able to see the Dalí house and may never have this opportunity again.
I paid twice for nothing. I wish that I could at least receive a refund. When I contacted customer service to ask for help, they read what was already on the website and gave me that same information. It was a disappointment.
