Meeting the guys for obtaining the ticket was awful. The instructions were incorrect about going in the chocolate store. The reps from Italy Tours came late, some people were past their ticket times. You had to just stand in the street and wait for Italy tours show up…. If you like to be on time or early, don’t book here.

It was the worst! Where do I start.. finding the tour guide was very difficult. The guide did not even have the flag mentioned in the instruction. I was lucky to find her. The guide doesn't give proper instructions and just disappears. I had to run around trying to find her. Going up the stairs, a group of us had to wait at the top for over 10 minutes. She never came up all the way to the sight seeing area to provide any kind of guide or instructions about the place. Once I made it to the bottom, she rushed towards me asking for the radio back. Go figure. Overall, very poorly organized tour group. Never would recommend to anybody. Waste of time and money. If you can, just book in advance and get the entrance ticket OR maybe another group is better.
