We had a full day of travel and sightseeing as advertised. It was cloudy with a little mist especially for San Gimignano but even then there was a certain beauty and mystery in the historic town....
We had a full day of travel and sightseeing as advertised. It was cloudy with a little mist especially for San Gimignano but even then there was a certain beauty and mystery in the historic town. Our guide, Elizabet, and driver, Alexandro, were excellent. I would recommend this tour any time because of the value and experience.

Our first stop was the Leaning Tower of Pisa, followed by a tasting of Poggio Ai Laghi wines and lunch at a farm with vineyards. It was extremely enjoyable. Siena tour and then San Gimignano, which is like a fairy tale village. thank you

My recent day trip to Florence left much to be desired, primarily due to the disorganization and lack of professionalism exhibited by the tour operation staff.

My recent day trip to Florence left much to be desired, primarily due to the disorganization and lack of professionalism exhibited by the tour operation staff.
Firstly, locating the staff members, identified by their blue jackets as per the instructions, proved to be a challenge amidst the throngs of travelers. The so-called “blue person” was hidden within the crowd, making it difficult to seek assistance or guidance.
Adding to the frustration was the attitude of the guide, who twice insisted that we were not her clients, despite our explanation. This lack of clarity only added to the confusion and diminished the overall experience.
Furthermore, the discomfort of the journey was exacerbated by the inadequate functioning of the bus’s air conditioning system, resulting in an uncomfortably warm environment throughout the trip.
Overall, the unprofessional organization and lack of attention to detail detracted significantly from what should have been an enjoyable excursion.
