I made a booking at 7, and i thought it's 7 pm. The ticket nor the booking website mentioned that it's "am"
I contacted them while i was on the way, bcz on google it says it's closed. It turns...
I made a booking at 7, and i thought it's 7 pm. The ticket nor the booking website mentioned that it's "am"
I contacted them while i was on the way, bcz on google it says it's closed. It turns out that i missed my booking
Unfortunately they didn't accept to rebook or charge a penalty for rescheduling, nor partially refund. And it's not a small amount of money!
I didn't even receive a call or a message on that day that "i missed my booking" at least i would've known since the morning.
And BTW, i am here to pinpoint and highlight the rigid agency policies! Not the customer service agent.
