I am very satisfied with the service the Tiqets team has provided however the organiser of the desert safari was a big disappointment. They contact before the day of your safari and force you to buy a private pick-up. If you reject pirvate pick-up they do not accept picking you up from the pick-up point you want. When you tell them there are 4 different pick-up points written on the ticket, they say you have to go to pick up point 1 which was very far from our hotel. If you want to be picked up from another pick-up point (e.g point 3) they say it is only possible with upgrade. They are not kind, not friendly, not helpful. Only tries to sell you extras.
