Very bad, the bus pick up times from banff were wrong with wrong locations , we walked to one hotel location and they said it's not going to come here go to other location , we had to run there and waited there for 40 mnts, nobody showed up , then there is no phone number to call , I was doing online chat with an agent and he didn't respond about that who will pick us up .
The email you guys sent was 2020 bus schedule. Will never book it on tuque!

Spectacular is all I can say!! Views were amazing!! Very helpful staff, no line ups, nice place to sit outside at the bottom of the chairlift. We loved it! Experience of a lifetime!
