We purchased our tickets on line as one of our group is disabled and can hardly walk but still we had to stand until 11.30 opening time and was pushed and shuffled on with the mad rush .

Would not go again unless they have a disabled enterance .

Terrible.. I booked the tickets for Aquopolis is a different location but couldn’t transfer my tickets or get a refund
