Maritima byggnaden byggdes 1911 och är en av de få kvarvarande tunga trästolparna och balkstrukturerna i Seattles havsnära distrikt. Det renoverades 2016-2018 för att tillhandahålla klass A-kontorsutrymme och ett öppet butiksområde på bottenvåningen.
