O Westside Theatre é um espaço de performance off-Broadway na 407 West 43rd Street entre a Ninth and Tenth Avenues no bairro Hell's Kitchen em Manhattan, New York City.
O prédio abriga dois auditórios: o Upstairs Theatre, com 270 lugares, e o Downstairs Theatre, que possui um palco principal e tem capacidade para 249 lugares. Anteriormente conhecido como Chelsea Theatre Center e Westside Arts Theatre, o edifício foi renovado em 1991.
