The company didn't share our address to who was collecting us, so if I hadn't called, then no one would have collected us. We arrived 25 minutes later because of it, and then the drive was constantly on his phone while driving. Then the driver said to us message me on what's app 1 hour before you would like to be collected.""" So we did, and then got a reply he was in the car park. We wasn't ready to go I wanted collecting at 8.45pm, not 8.15pm so meant we couldn't get food and had to rush back to taxi and because he had waited more than 20 minutes he got charged he made out like was our fault yet we asked him to be there at 8:45pm he paid the money but he was in mood he also made us wait 15minutes for reciept then was atmosphere in taxi for long drive back. It wasn't nice it spoiled what was good day. I wouldn't recommend company at all, especially with how much I paid.
