The Roman Forum and Palatine Hill are stunning. The tour is fantastic. I’d highly recommend this.
The only feedback I have is regarding getting the tickets from the Rome tourism office. We purchased the voucher for the tour way in advance on the Tiquets app, completely digital, great customer experience. But then you have to go to the local tourism office to exchange the voucher for paper tickets. We queued for 30 minutes; luckily we had planned to arrive early, not realizing this was going to be so awkward. My family and I are just staggered that this clearly unnecessary step in the process exists.
We did a few trips in Rome on this holiday. All the others were great.

The remains and murals were great. Staff could have been a little friendlier.
