Over: Maritiem gebouw
Het Maritime Building is gebouwd in 1911 en is een van de weinige overgebleven zware houten constructies aan de waterkant van Seattle. Het werd van 2016-2018 gerenoveerd om te voorzien in klasse A kantoorruimte en een open winkelruimte op de begane grond.
