Het Westside Theatre is een off-Broadway voorstellingsruimte aan 407 West 43rd Street tussen Ninth en Tenth Avenues in de wijk Hell's Kitchen in Manhattan, New York City.
Het gebouw herbergt twee zalen: het Upstairs Theatre, met 270 zitplaatsen, en het Downstairs Theatre, met een thrust stage en 249 zitplaatsen. Voorheen bekend als het Chelsea Theatre Center en het Westside Arts Theatre, werd het gebouw in 1991 gerenoveerd.
