I accidently bought tickets to this Mammoth Cave and I meant to get it for US Mammoth Cave Kentucky and I'm nowhere near Australia that I would be able to use them but no refunds or any type of understanding for making a simple mistake.

The cave was great, but they need more signage as people were touching the stalagmites as they did not listen to instructions, I asked a couple of people to not touch. Said they didn’t understand...
The cave was great, but they need more signage as people were touching the stalagmites as they did not listen to instructions, I asked a couple of people to not touch. Said they didn’t understand English. Need to have signs in other languages as well as English.
