Как только мы сели на поезд нам пришлось пересесть занова на автобус, из-за ремона на железной дороге. Было бы лучше в таких ситуациях сделать хотя бы скидку. Мои ожидания не оправдались к сожалению.

Paguei mais caro no ticket e não fui no trem com teto panorâmico. A guia é solicita. Mas precisa ter uma pouco mais de paciência com as pessoas que falam outro idioma. Nem sempre entendemos de primeira o que é dito.

We were hoping for an audio guide because we don't speak Italian and our English is not good enough to fully understand the guide. But there was no audio guide, so we didn’t get the full tour. Also, I’m not sure that we were traveling specifically on the Bernina Express, because our train had a slightly different name and did not have panoramic windows. But this is not significant, since we were able to enjoy the views. The only thing that spoiled the mood a little was that we did not receive the promised audio guide in our language.
