We originally ordered front of the line passes, but it got changed to an audio guide, which was fine, but killed a lot of our time and broke up our group. Our friend, who was in a wheel chair, who had a companion and bought the same as us for one more, they were 3 altogether, (handicap and companion are free and have an automatic front of the line) was not able to join us because the 2 more would have made it too much for the guide. She was fantastic, but we didn't get to be with our friends and our time ran short due to waiting for everyone etc. I didn't like that we had to pick up our tickets elsewhere. They were kind, but not the best of experience and didn't like the last moment changes. Not sure if I would do this again with this company.

we were given an hour slot between 10-11am and we didn’t get the chance to see the Sistine chapel which is all we wanted to see. Wouldn’t recommend as we have also not had any refunds although we paid for an experience we didn’t receive.
