Esperienza molto interessante e coinvolgente. Il cuoco è stato simpaticissimo e un ottimo insegnante. L’esperienza lascia un bel ricordo di Valencia sia per la paella che prepari con gli altri ospiti che per tutto resto, dalla sangria (a fiumi) alle tapas, al momento conviviale della cena. Sarebbe stata molto apprezzata la lingua italiana perché i dialoghi sono molti e in inglese se non si è molto capaci, alcune cose sfuggono. Comunque rimane un’esperienza consigliata e da fare!
