Awful experience. I purchased a go/return transfer, the ride to Ostia Antica was fine but I never got the transfer back to Rome. I had to book a taxi by myself, and obviously, pay again for this new reservation. There's no one you can talk to, the customer service is just a "chat" with a robot. After insisting, I got 20% refund and a voucher for a discount on a new purchase. Avoid this service unless you want to find yourself totally abandoned and your own in a foreign country.

Le taxi est venu nous chercher et nous a ramené devant notre Hôtel, j ai communiqué avec la société de taxi via whatapp après l achat de mon ticket 🎫 ( par forcément évidement en revanche de comprends qu’il fallait faire ainsi pour la suite ….)
