The Lotz House Tour is one of my favorite experiences in Franklin, Tennessee. The house is meticulously decorated with furniture and acoutrements from the era. When I bring new guests to Franklin, I always take them to see the Lotz House. My 18-year-old granddaughter loved it. Our guide, Kelly, is very knowledgeable about the house and the Lotz family, as well as the events surrounding the house. Kelly offers a very enjoyable 2-hour presentation on the history of women in the Tennessee area and during the Civil War. I recommend Kelly's Women's History Tour.

Seth was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make the tour as exciting and informational as possible. I love all things civil war so to hear and see the history was amazing!

It was very informative, everyone there had so much knowledge, the tour guide we had did re-enactments, he was fun, answered any and all questions we had, and had an awesome sense of humor, he also pointed out things that happened or came from the state you were visiting/moved from.
