We booked tickets to the star show and had to stand because there were not enough seats with 2 kids this was terrible why did we have to pay full.price if we had to stand the entire time

What’s the point of buying online, but then you can’t check in immediately. They told us their scanners only work with bar codes. You still have to stand on a massively long line.
