Firstly, the space is amazing, it sends you back in time of El-Andalus. Secondly, the welcoming of the staff is warm, and friendly right from the first step through the entrance door. You are provided instructions on the bath experience and guided to the reception room and changing room. Tea is available whenever you want to relax and the staff looks after you and your needs. I will strongly recommend a 30 minutes massage as well , either with Frank or Cristina altough there were other masseurs too. From mild to strong you choose what best works for you. For those who are new to a hammam, you want to alternate between warm, luke, cold pools and the steam room for best experience. The atmosphere is particularly kept quiet and calm. You are kindly requested to dimmely speak and observe decorum to respect the magical time travel through the centuries. Totally worth the money.
