I recently purchased tickets for Bali Safari through your app. The ticket description mentioned that access to the Marine Park was included. However, upon visiting, I was informed that the tickets only covered the safari and not the Marine Park.
This discrepancy is misleading and highly disappointing, as it sets incorrect expectations for your customers. Such practices undermine trust and are not acceptable.
Please clarify why the Marine Park access was not included as stated and how you intend to address this issue. I look forward to your prompt response.
