Such a brilliant and informative experience. Even our teenagers enjoyed it. Very smooth process. We waited till our time, then we were straight in, ticket scanned and given our headphones. We headed down the steps into the underground. Really interesting experience. Would definitely recommend.

Was disappointed it did not include very much the underground water system. Mostly included information about underground Roman living structures.
