Unfortunately, the trip was supposed to be wonderful, but after stopping at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, our guide told us we had to take photos for ten minutes and return to the bus. However, the bus departed in less time than that, leading me and others to take an Uber ride, which cost 30 euros, to the next meeting point. This undermined my enjoyment of the experience due to the unexpected expense.
I regret that I have dealt with your company several times across different areas, only to encounter this extremely disappointing conclusion. I know your company values its good reputation highly, so I kindly request compensation by refunding the amount paid for the trip. The guide's actions deprived me of fully enjoying the trip.
