Tickets are easy to purchase and no need to print them. There is a person scanning the QR code straight from mobile phone.
The actual exhibition has stunning views and history breaths from every corner.

Walking up the hill and seeing the long line of people, in the sun, I was so glad we had prepurchased our tickets. Straight up, past the line and through the checkpoint with no queuing

Great experience worth a visit. Tips I would give book online, saves queueing up at ticket office. Take a big bottle of water with you, you will need it and definitely wear a hat because if it is...
