I decided to book this tour with my for our family and Wow did I make the right choice!! Our experience was nothing short of amazing, our 2 year old son was treated with kindness by our wonderful tour guide

If you love animals and holding them then this is the perfect zoo for you! We learned so much and had a great time!

Tickets were easy to buy online. The zoo itself was great fun and a memorable experience. Elisa was our excellent guide who handled the animals with care, respect and knowledge. Some of the animals have been rescued and Elisa knew each individually. The zoo was clean, staff were friendly and rather than making our own way round, the guided tour was brilliant - we learned much more that way and got much closer to the animals. If the animals didn’t want to interact, that was fine, they were left in peace. We had no children with us and we still enjoyed it very much.
