Construit en 1911, le Maritime Building est l'une des rares structures à poteaux et à poutres en bois lourd qui subsistent dans le quartier du front de mer de Seattle. Il a été rénové de 2016 à 2018 pour offrir des bureaux de classe A et un espace commercial ouvert au rez-de-chaussée.
