Construido en 1911, el Edificio Marítimo es una de las pocas estructuras de postes y vigas de madera pesada que quedan en el distrito ribereño de Seattle. Fue renovado entre 2016 y 2018 para ofrecer espacio de oficinas de Clase A y una zona comercial de concepto abierto en la planta baja.
