On our first day in NYC we had lots of troubles to get the QRs in the each attraction, and in several cases our access was denied. We finally realized we should use the Go City app, rather than Tiquets. We found these by ourselves, because we could not contact Tiquets for help, and since nobody in all the places we visited knew what it is. Very frustrating! We will strongly recommend anyone going abroad to NEVER buy passes of your!
