Picking up the ticket in advance makes your day seamless. It works with the subway to Placa Espana and then the train etc. to Montserrat and back.

Esta magnífica maravilla de 1.000 metros es fácilmente reconocible desde lejos por su cima "dentada", de la que recibe su nombre. Y a 2.380 pies sobre el nivel del mar, el monasterio benedictino de Santa María de Montserrat goza de una ubicación impresionante, rodeado de un paisaje natural inolvidable.

El monasterio ha servido como centro de retiro espiritual durante casi mil años. Primero visitaremos la basílica, donde se encuentra la Virgen Santa María de Montserrat, patrona de Cataluña.
