You'll get a code when you buy this ticket. All you have to do is activate your Vienna City Card by deciding on a date and time - and use it!

Customers receive a 12-digit voucher code when booking, which they must enter on the VCC website, in order to personalize the ticket and select the desired option:

  • Print-at-Home Ticket (must be printed in original size): The PDF will be sent to the customer by email
  • Mobile app ticket: the activation code for the mobile app ticket will be sent to the customer by e-mail and must be entered in the IVIE app
  • If customers have an IVIE app on their phone, they can enter the 12-digit voucher code directly into the IVIE app and redeem it via the app
  • Refunds are not possible for this ticket
  • Rescheduling is not possible for this ticket.

Als Ticket für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel super, Ermäßigung auf Eintrittspreise konnten wir bei den von uns besuchten Einrichtungen nicht erhalten. Wahrscheinlich wäre auch ein entsprechendes Tagesticket ausreichend gewesen.

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die kurzen Zeittakte waren sehr angenehm. Bei Temperaturen bis 34° hätte man sich in den Zügen teilweise eine Klimaanlage gewünscht.
