The 'Harmonia Ensemble Vienna' was formed to pass on masterful interpretations to the next generation, to mix great experience with young esprit, to let the joy of making music together spill over to the audience, and to prepare and arrange programs with great attention to detail.

The musicians of the ensemble consist of:

  • Many of them teach at universities and music schools
  • Soloists with great success in international competitions
  • Graduates, some of whom have studied with experienced ensemble members.

The ensemble can be expanded with wind and vocal soloists, which significantly enriches the repertoire.

A beautiful piece of music played by very talented musicians in an absolutely stunning setting. If you go, highly recommend seats closer to the front with a view of the musicians and (likely) better sound.

Poor
Concert setting was beautiful, yet with only five instruments for the entire cathedral we barely heard any music - a shame. It would be nicer in a smaller space or with 15+ instruments.
