Terrible
It was disgusting. We spent half a day looking for an office where we could get the travel cards ourselves, then abandoned this idea and bought regular travel cards

About: Archaeological Park of Ostia Antica

The Archaeological Park of Ostia Antica is an archaeological site based around the ruins of the ancient Roman city of Ostia, formerly a port and trading hub. It's known for the excellent preservation of its buildings, many of which contain stunning frescoes and mosaics. The history of the site dates back as early as the 4th century BC, while the oldest buildings on display – including the former military camp – date back to the 3rd century BC.

Ostia was the site of a furious battle during Sulla's civil war, sacked by pirates in 68 BC, and underwent renovations and improvements under Roman leaders including Julius Caesar, Tiberius, Claudius, and Trajan. It's a must-visit for history enthusiasts and anyone with an interest in Ancient Roman life.

Catacombs of Saint Callixtus

The Catacombs of Saint Callixtus are some of the many smaller catacombs scattered around the Eternal City. Located on the Appian Way, the catacombs are famous for containing the Crypt of the Popes, which, as the name suggests, once contained the tombs of several popes from the 2nd to 4th centuries.
