The Exhibition takes place in two different places (10 minutes walking distance from each other):

  • Giardini: Viale Trento 1260 and Sant’Elena (Viale IV novembre)
  • Arsenale: Campo della Tana 2169/F and Ponte dei Pensieri (Salizada Streta)

The 60th International Art Exhibition, curated by the amazing Adriano Pedrosa and titled Stranieri Ovunque - Foreigners Everywhere, is divided between the Central Pavilion at the Giardini, the Arsenale, and Forte Marghera

This exhibition is all about celebrating artists who are wanderers, immigrants, global citizens—basically, anyone who has danced between the Global South and the Global North. Their incredible creations take center stage at this Biennale, making up the heart and soul of the International Exhibition's Nucleo Contemporaneo. There's also a Nucleo Storico that dives into the art of the 20th century from Latin America, Africa, the Arab world, and Asia.

Excellent
Excellent what an incredible experience it was. Specially the message of humanity displayed by so many nations. The biennale lives up to its name and I can only hope I can do it again in two years.

Un billet qui permet de gagner un peu de temps sur place mais pas tant que ça… beaucoup de distributeurs, beaucoup de caisses pour acheter sur place ses billets…
