The guide was very nice and knowledgeable but we barely walked. We had like 15 -20 minutes of history lesson at every monument . A bit too much information

The Valletta City Gate is an iconic part of the city's identity, with a history dating back all the way to the 1560s. Five different gates have stood here over the centuries, protecting the city and welcoming new arrivals. The present gate, designed by famous architect Renzo Piano, was completed in 2014.
