  • Check your PDF ticket to see the assigned time slot for the Nasrid Palaces. It is mandatory to access the palace area at the assigned time which will be around 15:00 to 18:00.
  • Show your smartphone ticket at the entrance of Alhambra
  • Everybody with a reduced ticket and visitors with children under 3 have to show a proof of identity/certificate at the ticket office
  • You can access every place inside Alhambra just once. However, you can go in and out of the complex all the times you need
