Absolutely incredible the staff was very friendly 5 star Ryan was nice n let us no which way in n out of the lift which way to go made very clear instructions to follow

Poor
The tower was closed because of high winds
It would have been better if we got a text to inform us prior to arrival instead we had a disappointed young man
