Guide parlant 4 langues dont le français et avait beaucoup de courtoisie avec l ensemble des passagers Croisière agréable sur le lac Problème de toilettes sur le voyage du retour ! Côté visite du château : les 2 derniers étages ne sont accessibles que par visite guidée et uniquement en suédois aux heures de présence du bateau. C est un peu n importe Quoi d autant que du personnel parle français et anglais. Mais le prestataire n est pas responsable
