Terrible

Even though it said online that they were open on the 30th of Dec and we were able to purchase tickets online - wehen we bought train tickes from Manchester to Chester the site was closed.

Awful! Venue closed due to weather ( confusing as it is indoors?). Still trying to get a refund through tiqets. Pay on the door where possible people
